Growing up on a farm in rural Upstate New York, Mary has always had a keen interest in companion animal and livestock care. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcasting and Mass Communications from SUNY Oswego, and has always gravitated towards anything involving animals.
This has led Mary to work in different horse stables, farms and veterinary hospitals. She has been involved with everything from assisting veterinarians with procedures or general care, reception, administrative processes and management.
In September 2019, Mary and her husband, Dr. Singh, decided to move from New York to California to be closer to Dr. Singh’s family. Shortly after settling in Oakdale, Mary gained additional experience working at a 24-hour emergency veterinary hospital before joining Family Veterinary Care of Oakdale in August 2021.
Since joining Family Veterinary Care, Mary loves being a part of Oakdale and the surrounding community, strengthening the bond between families and their companions through the care and love Family Veterinary Care of Oakdale offers.
When Mary and Dr. Singh are not working, she enjoys traveling, hiking and exploring National Parks, reading, being outside, gardening and riding her horses
